NUMBER 5 Broadgate – a new twelve story office block in the City – has been officially topped out.
The developer British Land announced the milestone in the new building’s construction earlier today.
Work will continue now to get the building complete for next Spring when it will be occupied by UBS.
5 Broadgate will offer 700,000 sq ft of Grade A office space when complete and has been designed by the renowned architects, Make.
The planning application for the building, which contains four trading floors, was submitted late in 2010 and work started on it in 2012.
